This fulfillment policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we deliver our services, including timelines, communication protocols, and expectations. Order Process

  5. Review and Revisions: After completing the initial design and development, you will have the opportunity to review and request revisions.
  6. Final Delivery: Once all revisions are made and the final approval is received, we will deliver the completed website.

Delivery Timeline The timeline for project completion will vary based on the scope and complexity of the project. A typical web design project can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. The specific timeline will be detailed in the project proposal and contract.

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to commence work.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to the final delivery of the website.
  • Payment methods accepted: Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, ACH

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel the project at any time prior to the final delivery. However, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
  • If cancellation occurs after significant work has been completed, additional charges may apply to cover the work done up to the cancellation date.

Refund Policy As our services are custom and project-based, we do not offer refunds once the final delivery has been made. We strive to ensure client satisfaction through continuous feedback and revisions during the design and development phases.
